Due to constantly changing vendor costs, all prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

O.E.M. PART NUMBERS
The parts listed on our website or in our catalog are replacement parts manufactured for use as replacements for original manufacturer parts. References to O.E.M. names and part numbers are for identification purposes only. All replacement parts are professional grade top quality parts designed to work in the designated equipment, but it is not our intention to imply that the merchandise is made by the original equipment manufacturer.

WARRANTY We make no express warranties and, except to the extent prohibited by State Law, exclude all implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The exclusive remedy against us for sale of this product, in contract or in tort, is the refund of the purchase price or replacement of this product within 30 days of the date of purchase. No other remedy against us (including, but not limited to, the recovery of incidental or consequential damages) will be available except to the extent that applicable State Law prohibits such limitation.

FORCE MAJEURE
Mow More, Inc. shall be excused from failure to perform its contract in the event of fire, strike, labor dispute, war, embargo, transportation delay, material shortage, failure of carrier, contractor, or supplier to perform, act of God, requirement, or request of any Federal or State government or any subdivision thereof, or any cause beyond the control of Mow More, Inc.

SHIPPING

Most orders leave our warehouse same day if order is placed by 2 PM. We ship most orders via UPS ground and USPS for smaller orders. Orders are shipped within the contiguous US only.   We are a stocking warehouse and strive for a minimal back order rate. Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped ASAP unless you indicate "no back orders" when ordering.  We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $250.00 or more (in merchandise, after any discounts) within the contiguous United States. 

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OR ADVICE

Technical assistance or advice offered or given to Buyer is given free of charge and only as an accommodation to Buyer. Seller shall not be held liable for the content or Buyer’s use of such technical assistance or advice nor shall any statement made by any of Seller’s representatives in connection with the Products or Services constitute a representation or warranty, express or implied

TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit or debit cards, and PayPal at checkout. Please provide a valid billing address for the credit card being used to avoid a declined transaction. If you receive a declined transaction and do not know why, you will need to call the phone # on the back of your card or the issuing bank of your card. Financing is also an option on the website. We do offer Net terms in certain situations for organizations that do not use credit cards. 

COMPANY CHECKS: 

We will accept company checks; however, orders will not ship until the check clears our bank.   Any bounced check will have a $25 fee. 

BAD CHECKS/DELINQUENT OPEN ACCOUNTS: 

It is understood and agreed that in the event Mow More, Inc. is required to take legal action to collect the order price in full or in part, the customer shall be liable for the MowMore, Inc. reasonable attorney's fees and Court costs, together with the legal interest from the date of purchase. Furthermore, the customer specifically agrees to subject itself to personal jurisdiction within the State of New York, Niagara County on all claims filed to recover by seller.

INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE: 

Purchaser agrees to exculpate, defend, indemnify and hold harmless seller and its principals from and against all claims, liabilities, lawsuits, expenses, including attorney's fees and other defense costs and penalties, including those based on purchasers and/or sellers negligence, which arise, directly or indirectly, out of the following: (1)personal injury or death or property damage or destruction arising out of alleged defects in material, workmanship, or design of material or work furnished hereunder; (2) violation of OSHA, State or local safety or health requirements arising out of the use or resale of material or work furnished hereunder; (3) personal injuries or death or any principal or employee of purchaser or purchaser's agents, employees or subcontractors, personnel and damage to or destruction of purchaser's or its subcontractor's agents, or employee's property; and (4) the infringement by material or work furnished hereunder of any United States or foreign patent or trademark.
